Mr. Nizamuddin is a trial lawyer with extensive litigation experience. After working for large and small law firms in downtown Chicago, he opened up his own practice in the suburbs of Chicago. His primary focus is in the areas of business and tort litigation, and family law. Mr. Nizamuddin helps manage and advise business clients and individual clients for their legal problems.
He has successfully tried numerous bench trials and many arbitration hearings in Cook and DuPage Counties.
He has successfully defended individual clients against multi-national corporations and successfully defended corporate employers against discrimination claims. He has been involved in many corporate shareholder disputes as well as those involving not-for-profit corporations. In addition, he has successfully represented clients in both custody and financial matters with respect to divorce cases.
Abeer H. Zanayed joined the Law Office of Azam Nizamuddin, P.C. in 2010. She is well versed in a number of different areas of the law and has litigation experience in personal injury, civil and commercial litigation, and chancery remedies.
Prior to joining the Law Office of Azam Nizamuddin, P.C., Abeer worked for the Law Offices of Steven J. Rosenberg, P.C. as a litigation associate for six years. She represented clients with various claims, including motor vehicle accidents, train derailment, negligent entrustment, breach of contract, false arrest/imprisonment, and conversion claims.
She has also represented individuals in complex commercial claims and defended individuals in theft of trade secret claims, Medicaid fraud claims, and breach of fiduciary duty claims. Abeer graduated cum laude from Saint Mary’s College of Notre Dame, Indiana in 2002 with a B.B.A. in Business Administration. In 2005, she graduated from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago where she earned a place on the dean’s list during her third year.
